Firstly, service users and families are our customers and therefore have a strong input into every aspect of our home. We welcome any comments and consult on a regular basis about how the home is run and the services we offer.
Furthermore, we hold regular meetings with residents and residents families to discuss all aspects of life at Dalemain House and discuss current and future care accommodation needs and activities.
Meetings and Communication with Families
Your relative’s key worker and manager are always willing to meet with you and discuss your relative’s progress or answer any concerns you may have.
As we are quite a small care home we will always find time to discuss all aspects of individual care with our residents and their families. We feel that this partnership is key to providing the best possible care and enjoyment of living at Dalemain House. Although, we will regularly ask the residents and/or families to review their care plan in place. This to ensure the plan is up to date and specified to each residents needs and wishes.
