Your relative’s safety and wellbeing are our paramount concern, and it is vital that you as the family feel confident that you can leave your relative in our care, knowing they are safe.
All our staff are trained and are recruited with particular care and attention: references are fully investigated and every member of staff undergoes clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service. Only then can they begin their thorough induction period at Dalemain House.
No-one is allowed on the premises that is not known by the member of staff without any formal ID and explanation for the visit. Our home has an effective door system which can only be opened by a key code on the inside; unrecognised visitors are always challenged. Please note, all visitors including families are expected to sign in and out in the visitors book in the front porch.
